Insert the disk into the xbox 360 and let it load. Hit start and save a new character. When the game starts run immediately to the left wall and face where you came from. Tap B repeatedly at the enemies running after you and you will get hit points. It takes a few hit points to kill your enemies which is good because killing them doesn't really matter. You should have this completed within about 45 seconds. If you mess up the first time let the game play through a scene where the master calls for more enemies. Then tons more guys will come running at you and you will get all 50 then for sure!

Flow of combat 1 - 150 GS: Hit counter of 10.
Flow of combat 2 - 150 GS: Hit counter of 20.
Flow of combat 3 - 200 GS: Hit counter of 30
Art of combat - 200 GS: Hit counter of 40.
One with combat - 300 GS: Hit counter of 50.
